The HIV Resource Hub – Clinical Quality Management offers a centralized place to access tools and clinical quality management resources that support effective HIV care. This site provides practical materials to help grantees collect, analyze, and use data to monitor performance, meet reporting requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement. Whether you are strengthening existing systems or developing new quality initiatives, these resources are designed to support data-informed, high-quality HIV services.

  • The Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII) is the cooperative agreement recipient responsible for providing Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients (Parts A through D) with training and technical assistance to implement quality improvement methodologies and concepts with an emphasis on skills development and implementing sustainable quality improvement activities for those recipients with little or no experience in quality improvement.

  • Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients can request clinical quality management technical assistance (CQM TA) by providing the information in the attachment to HRSAHABRWHAPQuality@hrsa.gov. The purpose of CQM TA is to guide and coach RWHAP recipients to improve their CQM program’s infrastructure, performance measurement, and quality improvement activities. CQM TA is conducted virtually and lasts up to six months.
