Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients can request clinical quality management technical assistance (CQM TA) by providing the information in the attachment to HRSAHABRWHAPQuality@hrsa.gov. The purpose of CQM TA is to guide and coach RWHAP recipients to improve their CQM program’s infrastructure, performance measurement, and quality improvement activities. CQM TA is conducted virtually and lasts up to six months. To get started, please send the information in the CQM Technical Assistance Request Form to HRSAHABRWHAPQuality@hrsa.gov. Please send clinical quality management technical assistance questions to HRSAHABRWHAPQuality@hrsa.gov.
