Ryan White Data Support Team (DSAS)
The Ryan White Data Support team provides support for questions related to data report content and submission data validations, and interpretation of the instruction manuals and HRSA HAB’s reporting requirements. DSAS also supplies Providers’ registration code and the GUID code. DSAS can explain the relationship between the HRSA HAB, the recipient, and the provider.
Resources: DSAS writes and updates the manuals for the reports. DSAS also delivers some webinars and hosts and delivers some others. DSAS also provides the providers’ registration and GUID codes.

Data Integration, Systems and Quality Team
The DISQ Team aims to enhance the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of RWHAP client-level data through capacity building, training and technical assistance (TA) for recipients and providers. DISQ also supports recipients and providers in understanding reporting requirements and best practices in data management collection, mapping, integration, quality, and effective use throughout the year.
Resources: DISQ offers free capacity building, training, individualized and group based TA, webinars, and ready-to-use resources to help your team submit complete, accurate, and consistent client-level data. Resources include:

jProg develops and supports CAREWare, a HRSA-funded software application that is freely distributed for use by Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and providers to support data collection and reporting, including ADAP and Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) activities.
